Glad you asked!  Everyone’s skin is unique, which is what makes us all amazing.  We are always available to answer any questions about ingredients, which products may be best suited for your skin at the moment, and what skin care ritual you could try.  We recommend trying the products for a month to give your skin time to adjust to any new routine and products and go through its natural renewal cycle.  Oreganically Beyoutiful also offers a customized skin care experience with the Bespoke Skin Care Journey.  Please visit that page to learn more about this unique individual experience. We are proud to have complete ingredient transparency on our website.  You can find the full list of ingredients on the product page.  Should you have any questions or concerns about any of the ingredients listed, we recommend checking with your health care provider.

Due to the nature of the ingredients in the products, there is a natural separation that can occur due to their different properties. This is completely normal and a gentle shake or stirring of the product will incorporate the ingredients back together.  This does not affect the efficacy of the products.  Same with a product that melts slightly and then hardens.

Serums are formulated with smaller molecules so they are able to penetrate deeper into the skin. They are made with performance ingredients, such as antioxidants, vitamins, lipids, etc. that cause the actual change in the skin and are concentrated to target specific skin conditions. Serums are the powerhouse in any skin care routine, and they just feel so good!

Moisturizers are formulated to add moisture to the skin and protect skin from the elements. They nourish through ingredients and balance the oil-water content of the skin. Creams, lotions, hydrators are all referred to as moisturizers and can be water-based or oil-based. Often, they contain sunscreen. They are an invaluable part of any skin care routine. When using these products, it’s important to use them in the correct order. After cleansing or rinsing your face, you’ll want to use your facial mist, then serum, since it has the smallest molecules and can work its magic! Then another spritz of facial mist and apply your moisturizer to seal in the moisture and create a barrier of protection. All skin types can benefit from using both!

Our goal is to have orders out within 3-5 business days of receiving them. We ship orders on Monday and Wednesday of every week, and you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Kindly allow 24 hours after receiving an email for tracking information to register in the system

At Oreganically Beyoutiful our products are handcrafted in small batches.  We sincerely hope you love your products as much as we love creating them.   We encourage you to reach out to us prior to ordering so we can get you the products that hopefully work best for your skin.  We offer customized skin care options with our Bespoke Skin Care Journey, as well as reaching out to us anytime with questions. We are happy to include samples of products you wish to try (on availability basis) when placing your order.  Just include a note in the notes section when checking out.  Oreganically Beyoutiful does not and will not offer refunds on products purchased due to not resonating with your skin, dissatisfaction, or allergic reaction.

If an order arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to replace it for you. We kindly ask that you send us a picture within 24 hours of receiving it, to obeyoutiful@gmail.com.  If not within that time frame, then we will not replace the item, no exceptions.  We may ask you to return the broken item back to us (we will cover shipping) and then we will send a replacement out promptly.
